Welcome to WideMail. By using the app and the web version (the "service") you accept the terms below. The service is provided by Wideview Entertainment ("we", "us").
The service is provided exclusively to clients of Wideview Entertainment, with an email account created or approved by us. There is no public sign-up. Access is only with your account credentials.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited mail (spam), to infringe the rights of others, or for any action that endangers the operation or security of the service.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and reliable. However, there may be interruptions for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The service, the WideMail name, the logos and the design belong to Wideview Entertainment. Your mail and your content remain yours.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Your mail is hosted on your email server, and we recommend you keep your own copies of important messages.
We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms or the end of your relationship with Wideview Entertainment. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these terms. Any change will be posted on this page with an updated date.
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of our registered seat, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law.
